Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Integrated Design Manager to provide advanced leadership across multiple data-center projects. You will act as a technical and process leader, integrating schedule, cost, constructability, and system priorities early in the design process.

Within IDM, you will serve as the senior authority across active projects, guiding integration while maintaining project ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• 9+ years of experience managing complex commercial or mission-critical design programs
• Strong data center or related design/construction background
• Ability to lead multiple projects and mentor junior team members
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheets, and design management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Design Management across multiple projects or campuses
• Drive early alignment on critical systems and high-cost scope elements
• Ensure design quality and schedule adherence by third-party teams
• Lead design reviews and coordination meetings
• Support development of dashboards, KPIs, and IDM tools
