Job summary

Odevo is seeking a Director of Insurance Operations to lead a distributed team across the US, owning systems, processes, and data for our insurance program. You will drive growth through broker partnerships, design scalable operating models, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will manage a network of Insurance Coordinators and Leads, set operating cadences, and ensure data quality and reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in insurance, including operations or brokerage operations.
• 2+ years managing a team with direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products.
• Proven ability to manage external partner relationships at a program level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a distributed team of Insurance Coordinators, Senior Coordinators, and regional Leads.
• Own broker partner relationships, ensuring volume growth and SLA adherence.
• Develop and optimize end-to-end insurance delivery processes and data workflows.
• Lead reporting, analytics, and insights for broker channels and leadership.
• Partner with Op Co and data/tech teams to build scalable systems and processes.
