Job summary

Odevo seeks a Director of Insurance Operations to serve as the strategic and operational backbone of our Insurance Group. Reporting to the SVP of Insurance – US, you will own systems, processes, people, and data to scale our insurance program, directing a distributed team of Insurance Coordinators and Leads and owning the broker partnership channel at the heart of our go-to-market model.

You will design and lead operating cadence, partner with HR and leadership on org design, and drive growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, including operations or brokerage operations.
• 2+ years of people management and performance management.
• Strong working knowledge of P&C insurance products.
• Proven ability to manage external partner relationships at program level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of Insurance Coordinators and Leads across the US.
• Own end-to-end insurance delivery, from intake to renewal servicing.
• Manage broker partnerships, SLAs, and escalation paths to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build processes and reporting to drive growth, data quality, and capacity.
