Job summary

Odevo is seeking a Director of Insurance Operations to serve as the strategic and operational backbone of the Insurance Group. You will own systems, processes, people, and data enabling the program to scale, while managing a distributed team of coordinators and leaders across the US.

You will drive growth through broker partnerships, maintain SLAs, and align on priorities with Op Co leadership, HR, and senior stakeholders. Strong leadership, data fluency, and insurance know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in insurance operations or brokerage operations
• 2+ years managing a team with performance responsibility
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and broker relationships

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a distributed team of Insurance Coordinators and leaders across the US
• Oversee broker partner relationships and SLAs to ensure high client satisfaction
• Design end-to-end operations for insurance delivery and renewals
• Own brokerage channel reporting and translate data into actionable insights
