Job summary

The Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Insurance Services Manager to oversee day-to-day administration of the university's property and casualty programs.

You will coordinate annual renewal submissions, manage broker relationships, and administer claims while ensuring appropriate insurance limits for events and contracts. Reporting to the Director of Insurance & Risk Management, you will support risk financing strategy, budgeting, and data reporting, with on-campus event oversight

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating annual insurance renewals across multiple lines.
• Ability to review underwriter proposals and prepare summaries.
• Manage claims for property, automobile and general liability.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary coordinator for annual renewal submissions across property and casualty lines.
• Prepares renewal applications and submission packages with schedules and exhibits.

• Handles claims and maintains appropriate insurance limits for events and contracts.
• Produces reporting and dashboards for leadership and budget planning.
