Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus related experience or 10 years’ industry experience.
• Active state insurance license is required.
• Professional designations are a plus (ARM, CPCU, CRM, CIC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop professional client relationships with insurers and agency personnel.
• Assess client needs and design coverage solutions with carriers.
• Market complex accounts to multiple carriers; negotiate favorable terms.
• Submit quotes and prepare insurance proposals.
• Stay current on industry news, products, coverage and technology.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and networking events as requested.
