Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager in San Antonio, TX. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning their day-to-day activities and P&L, and collaborating with client stakeholders and Cognizant delivery teams to drive value.

You will build trusted relationships, define client problems, co-create solutions, lead renewals and expansions, optimize resource mix with delivery teams, and monitor industry trends to guide onsite project teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in IT professional services, Insurance vertical preferred.
• Experience managing client P&L of $15+ million, including reporting and metric assessment for the account.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate with business stakeholders up to C-suite; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and understand their issues and priorities
• Co-create solutions with clients as the day-to-day contact
• Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals, extensions, and expansion to grow the account backlog
• Work with delivery teams to optimize resource mix, navigate scope changes, and meet client expectations
• Track Insurance industry trends relevant to client business and lead onsite project teams
