Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an experienced professionals in King of Prussia to support Producers with expert coverage analysis, carrier guidelines, and risk management for regional and national accounts. You will steward client service plans, coordinate renewals, and explore cross-sell opportunities while mentoring team members.

The role requires five years of insurance experience, a license, strong communication and relationship skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s).
• Strong client relations, communication, service orientation and tact.
• Ability to lead, provide direction, feedback and motivate others.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive client service plan for all assigned accounts.
• Coordinate activities to ensure renewals are handled timely and accurately.
• Seek cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage.
• Lead the renewal process and present options to clients.
• Market accounts and prepare marketing information for clients.
• Complete implementation processes and coordinate related forms.
• Conduct relationship management meetings with assigned clients.
• Assist clients and staff with service questions and problem solving.
