Job summary

Hermès in New York seeks an Institutional Press Manager to help drive the department strategy. You will support Maison, Equestrian, and Institutional initiatives, secure placements in major outlets, and track coverage with senior leadership in Paris.

You will also help shape CSR alignment and plan cross‑functional Maison moments, store openings, and events. You will coordinate with the Director to manage press programs, travel logistics, and budgets while maintaining strong contact with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Director with Maison, Equestrian, and Institutional initiatives.
• Develop strategic storytelling and editorial placements in top publications.
• Track press coverage using media systems and flag issues to leadership.
• Collaborate on CSR and diversity & inclusion alignment with CSR team.
• Coordinate press programs for regional events and store openings.
• Arrange logistics for institutional, Maison, and Equestrian events.
