Hermès, a historic luxury house, invites you to join the Generation H internship in New York City. As the After Sales and Client Development intern, you will support the Senior Manager of After Sales with administrative and analytical tasks, learn the business, and help streamline processes from uniform dispatch to vendor validation.

You will attend a mentoring program, collaborate on capstone projects, and gain exposure to multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program.
• Previous Internship Experience in Fashion or Luxury is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently at times.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Deliver information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Assist with uniform dispatch process from data gathering to delivery.
• Create PowerPoint decks for After Sales trainings.
• Support special-order process and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate repair vendor validation and traffic vendor tests.
• Conduct competitive market research for new repair vendors.
• Compile After Sales meeting recaps.
• Support special projects for After Sales and Client Services.
