Hermès US offers a five-month, in-person internship within the Communications department to support the Special Events team. This role provides practical experience in event planning, logistics, and communications, with on-site collaboration at New York events.

You will organize collateral, research vendors, assist with budgets, and draft post-event recaps while developing strong cross-team coordination in a luxury brand setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree program.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint expertise preferred; Fashion GPS knowledge and luxury-brand experience are advantages.

Responsabilités

• Organize and maintain special event collateral and materials.
• Research venues, caterers, and potential vendors.
• Assist with event logistics, planning, and budget reviews.
• Draft event recaps and support on-site events in New York.
