• 3–5+ years of grant writing and/or institutional fundraising experience.
• Proven track record securing five- and six-figure grants from foundations, corporations, and government.
• Excellent, concise writing; translate complex info into donor-ready narratives under deadlines.
• Strong project management; juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders without errors.

Responsibilities

• Grant Strategy & Prospect Development (20%) — research and qualify new prospects.
• Proposal & Report Writing (40%) — draft and submit compelling letters of inquiry and full proposals.
• Grants Management & Compliance (25%) — maintain tracking system; ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Relationship Management & Stewardship (15%) — keep funders informed and engaged.
