You will manage a multi-year portfolio, oversee the Grants Manager, and coordinate with Finance, Programs, and senior leadership to align grant strategies with organizational priorities.

The role requires extensive fundraising experience, strong grant-writing skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years institutional fundraising or nonprofit development experience.
• 3+ years managing government contracts (SFUSD, city, state, or federal).
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of securing multi-year six-figure gifts.
• Partner with Finance on budget development, revenue reconciliation, and grant compliance.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee government grants portfolio and strategy.
• Lead foundations fundraising and multi-year funding efforts.
• Draft select grant proposals and supporting materials.
• Supervise Grants Manager and coordinate with Finance and Programs.
• Drive cross-department collaboration and reporting.
