Qualifications

• Five+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Experience with institutional giving and grantmaking.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for donor communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced env.
• Experience with CRM and grant reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify foundation, corporate, and institutional funders.
• Develop a strategic funding pipeline to meet annual revenue targets.
• Lead grant proposals, LOIs, and sponsorship packages.
• Secure 5–7 figure grants and sponsorships to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with teams to align proposals with priorities and funder interests.
• Oversee timely grant reports and maintain a grants calendar.
