Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years fundraising experience.
• Experience with grants and direct solicitations from donors at high levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward foundation, government, and other institutional donors.
• Manages a portfolio of institutional donors and prospects.
• Creates and executes tailored moves management plans for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Serves as primary contact for grant negotiations, gift agreements, and donor communications.
• Collaborates with scholars to develop proposals aligned with donor guidelines and programmatic priorities.
• Advises scholars on fundraising opportunities and prepares them for donor engagement.
• Oversees fundraising operations and tracks KPIs with the team.
• Maintains donor records in CRM systems and ensures policy compliance.
