Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED required at minimum.
• 5+ years of managerial experience (operations and sales) in electronic security or related industry.
• Experience managing a district/regional market with multiple locations.
• P&L management experience at a district level.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel as needed; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, defines, communicates and executes the district install/operations business plan.
• Leads district team and ensures connectivity between sales, installation and service functions.
• Coordinates between sales, district field and central operations to ensure smooth project scoping and execution.
• Drives profitable business practices within branches and aligns field operations with sales leadership.
• Manages overall P&L performance, budget, and metrics for branches and city markets.
• Ensures branch leadership has tools and metrics to achieve staff effectiveness and customer service goals.
• Drives cost controls in labor, overhead, and project scoping.
• Drives DSO metrics and manages accounts receivable in the district.
