Job summary

Nutrabolt in Austin, TX is seeking a Shopper Insights specialist to translate market and shopper data into actionable business strategy. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and consumer insights to inform recommendations and drive growth.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in business or analytics and 3+ years in CPG analytics, with hands-on experience using Circana, Nielsen, SPINS, and strong Excel/data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or analytics.
• 3+ years’ experience in Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, Category Management, or other CPG Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Circana, Nielsen, SPINS or other POS data sources; familiarity with CPG metrics (ACV, TPD, Velocity).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analyses and projects from concept to completion.
• Deliver compelling insights with clear visual presentations to gain consensus.
• Collaborate with sales, consumer insights, and marketing to develop research that informs decisions.
