Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or analytics required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, Category Management, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with POS data sources and familiarity with CPIG metrics.
• Strong Excel and data-visualization skills; able to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of market and shopper data to inform strategy.
• Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, consumer insights, and marketing to address challenges.
• Execute quick turnaround requests and become the shopper behavior expert.
• Build and present recurring executive dashboards and reports.
• Maintain data integrity and update routine reports.
• Monitor consumer trends, category insights, and competitive performance.
