Delta Faucet Company is seeking an Innovation and Strategic Insights Partner to connect research, pricing, strategic planning, and market intelligence into evidence-based viewpoints for decision-making. This role acts as a trusted Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Market within the organization.

The candidate will collaborate with leaders to bridge gaps between what we know and how that knowledge informs innovation, strategy, brand, product, and growth decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Market Research, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in market research, business insights, analytics, strategy, consulting, innovation insights, or related disciplines.
• Experience synthesizing complex information into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional innovation, ideation, concept-development, or strategic working sessions.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer, market, and business data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Create executive-ready summaries, reports, and presentations.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to translate insights into opportunities and growth strategies.
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives with evidence-based inputs.
