Job summary

Delta Faucet is seeking a strategic leader to chair the Analytics & Market Intelligence Center of Excellence. The role guides vision, prioritization, and execution across data science, market intelligence, and AI initiatives, partnering with business leadership to drive growth and informed decision-making.

The leader will manage a five-person team, coordinate governance, and ensure KPI tracking, investments alignment, and value realization across all CoE initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, market intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams across analytics, data science, or insights.
• Experience managing cross‑functional programs and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Analytics & Market Intelligence CoE strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Own intake, prioritization, and portfolio management of analytics initiatives across the organization.
• Lead and develop a team of five (two direct reports) and coach for performance.
• Oversee delivery of advanced analytics, AI initiatives, and data science production.
• Oversee market intelligence, competitive analysis, and forward-looking insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into analytics opportunities and roadmaps.
• Manage CoE budgets, vendor contracts, and ROI from analytics engagements.
