Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Indianapolis to serve as an analytical decision maker, developing cross-functional relationships and addressing sophisticated customer requests. You will analyze account activity using SAP, Excel, and BI tools, drive growth, and present trends to management.

The role emphasizes data-backed decisions, reporting, and collaboration across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Systems proficiency SAP – preferred
• MS Office - required

Responsibilities

• Analyze account activity applying SAP, Excel and Microsoft BI
• Make account decisions that drive growth and ease of doing business
• Present to management on account trends and activity
• Build ad hoc reports to support order management
• Use CI to drive reduction in order fill-rate and on‑time customer fines
• Develop relationships with key cross functional leaders across all channels
• Use account knowledge to positively represent Delta Faucet Company during customer inquiries and complaint resolution
• Participate in account long and short‑term business planning
• Effectively connect with customers, agencies, sales and other departments throughout Delta Faucet
• Lead fines fighting process through fines rebuttals
• Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion
