Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Market Research, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in market research, business insights, analytics, strategy, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market evidence into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Shape opportunity spaces using evidence and insights.
• Partner with the innovation process from fuzzy front end to NPD teams, grounding decisions in unmet consumer needs.
• Identify opportunities for growth in new categories, existing extensions, and general business opportunities.
• Design and facilitate cross-functional sessions translating customer needs and market signals into strategic priorities.
• Support the innovation and growth pipeline by framing needs-based solutions and concepts.
• Monitor evolving market, consumer, channel, and competitive trends and communicate developments.
