You will partner with the Innovation Lab and cross-functional teams to shape concept development and testing with Jobs-to-Be-Done approaches. In this hands-on role, you’ll design studies, manage fieldwork, and communicate findings to stakeholders, driving product and marketing decisions across the portfolio.

Qualifications
