- Proven leadership experience managing teams across analytics, data science, or insights.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics use cases and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience with market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead Analytics & Market Intelligence CoE strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Oversee cross-functional team spanning data science and market intelligence.
- Ensure analytics initiatives align with IT strategy and business priorities.
- Manage external vendor partnerships for AI/analytics capabilities.
- Provide executive reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Balance portfolio of analytics initiatives with governance and KPIs.
