Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, CS, Data Science) or MBA with technical focus.
• Hands‑on depth in cohort and retention analysis, regression, time series, causal inference, experiments, and ML models.

Responsibilities

• Shape where and how the company grows: frame decisions, build evidence, and manage cross‑functional initiatives.
• Explain growth drivers: analyze new vs existing customers, activation, retention, and funnel performance.
• Direct commercial resources to high return: build demand, LTV, and capacity models; migrate planning to versioned code.
• Make strategic insight a product: develop AI tools and automated workflows with durable analytics.
• Build data foundations: define customer/market segments and semantic layer with versioned metrics.
• Embed and redeploy: scale improvements with self‑serve analytics and reusable workflows.
