10x Genomics seeks a high-impact analytics professional to join the Strategic Insights & Analytics team, embedding with cross-functional units to deliver scalable analytical products. You will ground models in data science with versioned metrics and SQL/Python tooling, driving strategic decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field or MBA with technical focus
• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or related roles
• Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation
• Experience deploying ML models to production

Responsibilities

• Define customer and market segments across systems, enriching with telemetry
• Model growth: new vs existing customers, activation and retention
• Forecasting and territory/account demand forecasts; migrate planning models to versioned models
• Unify business review cadence with standardized views tied to company goals; enable self-serve analytics
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured analytical products for cross-functional teams
