Job summary

10x Genomics Inc. is seeking an analytics-focused individual contributor to advance data science and strategic insights across the company.

You will define data foundations, model growth and forecasting, and enable automated analytic workflows while partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions. The role emphasizes AI-first approaches, production-ready analytics, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations to impact revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative discipline or MBA with a technical focus
• 8+ years experience in data science, analytics, corporate strategy, business operations, or related roles
• Hands-on depth in cohort and retention analysis, regression, time series, causal inference and experiment design
• SQL and Python for data manipulation and predictive modeling; experience with AI coding tools and tools to ship production systems

Responsibilities

• Define data and semantic foundations across systems and develop versioned metric definitions
• Model customer, market, and growth factors including activation, retention, and funnel analysis
• Build forecasting and planning models for territory and account level demand and LTV
• Develop enablement and automation to unify review cadences and enable self-serve analytics
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical products and communicate recommendations
