Responsibilities

• Manages customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment activities throughout the order lifecycle.
• Creates and maintains quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental contracts per standards.
• Coordinates purchasing for inventory, drop-ship items, and site services.
• Maintains accurate records for inventory and receiving activities; resolves discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales and branch leadership to identify needs and suggest solutions.
