Job summary

JJS Group seeks an organized Inside Sales Representative to support field sales, manage quotes, and drive inbound growth across our branch network. You will handle inbound requests, review specs, prepare proposals, and coordinate orders in ERP, tracking lead times while liaising with vendors and customers.

Proficiency with NetSuite/Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook is required; 2+ years in related roles is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, order entry, customer service, or estimating within related fields.
• Comfortable reading equipment specs and understanding commercial building product applications.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP software (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and quote requests from contractors, facility managers, and end-users.
• Review project specifications and field measurements to prepare accurate proposals.
• Partner with regional sales managers to manage back-office workflows, input orders, and coordinate deliveries.
