Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Cerrowire’s products, systems, and quoting processes.
• Present pricing and manage quote creation, including complex requests, to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and reps regarding pricing and availability.
• Coordinate with production and shipping departments to verify product availability and lead times.
• Track and communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to the broader sales and management teams.
• Monitor and process orders into the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
• Provide backup support for team members as needed.
• Proactively identify and resolve internal or customer-facing issues through cross-departmental coordination.
