Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our Performance Tapes business in Painesville, OH. This on-site role collaborates with field sales, drives revenue growth across small- to mid-size domestic accounts, and delivers tailored value propositions with our differentiated offerings.

You'll manage the territory and pipeline in Salesforce, respond to pricing requests within guidelines, travel up to 10% for meetings and trade shows, and act as the primary commercial

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of commercial experience in inside sales, field sales, key account management, product management, or marketing.
• Strong prospecting and value-selling skills with a track record of outbound lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new account business through outbound calls, virtual calls, referrals, and campaign support.
• Manage the assigned domestic territory and pipeline in Salesforce with accurate profiles and updates.
• Provide tailored value propositions, product samples, and demonstrations to support solutions.
• Handle customer pricing requests within published guidelines and implement pricing strategies.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact to resolve inquiries; travel up to 10% for field activities.
