The Inside Sales Representative will proactively contact decision-makers on a regular schedule to promote stock and custom items, quote pricing, negotiate terms, and manage customer relationships in our CRM.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact decision-makers within companies on a regular schedule to introduce and promote stock and custom items
• Suggest special delivery, stocking, or pricing option
• Offer additional services such as flex pay warehousing, special packaging, custom, and direct shipments
• Manage customer contacts within the CRM program
• Quote and negotiate stock and custom items, including pricing, terms, and freight considerations
• Utilize promotional materials and sales techniques to enhance customer awareness of capabilities for stock
