Job summary

MacLean Power Systems LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Regional Support Team in Fort Mill, SC. You will support sales execution, manage opportunities, qualify RFQs, and prepare quotations to drive revenue.

You will collaborate with Regional VPs, Strategic Account Directors, pricing, product management, engineering, and operations to ensure timely, accurate quotations and successful order conversions, while maintaining Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• Typically require a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of inside sales or related experience.
• Experience in industrial, utility, manufacturing, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Must understand sales processes, CRM, quotation management, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional VPs and Directors in managing and advancing sales opportunities.
• Review, qualify, and process RFQs with pricing, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations.
• Prepare quotations and ensure accuracy per policies.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities with accurate stages and close dates.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop action plans to improve conversions.
• Support campaigns and product launches with customer engagement tracking.
• Capture customer insights and market trends for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with order conversion from quotation to purchase order.
