Experience and success in managing sales customer service situations.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Infor and HubSpot).
Energetic, outgoing demeanor and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
Present and deliver information to potential clients and follow up on and resolve client questions.
Translate engineering quotations to customer quotation format.
Review customer purchase orders for accuracy.
Submit quotation to customer with lead times, payment terms, and general sales terms.
Secure customer payment as needed.
Resolve and report on customer issues using company policies and procedures.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Maintain and build customer pipelines and close sales with customers.
