Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Support professional in Chantilly, VA to manage inquiries, orders, and fulfillment activities. You will serve as a primary internal contact, ensuring accurate order processing and timely issue resolution while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with outside sales reps, branch leadership, and internal teams to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

• Support inventory, equipment, and receiving activities with precise records.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and branch leadership to identify customer needs.
• Leverage product knowledge to assist customer decision-making and resolve issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks to consistently meet service standards.
