Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions, Inc. in California is seeking a customer service/account management professional for end-to-end order management in a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate quotes, PO processing, pricing, lead times, shipment tracking, and maintain ERP records.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping to meet customer requirements, review orders for accuracy, and resolve issues with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service/account management experience in a manufacturing environment; aerospace, defense, industrial, or electromechanical preferred
• Experience with motion control/electric motor products, and familiarity with AS9100 or aerospace manufacturing standards desireable
• Working knowledge of order processing and manufacturing workflows, including DFARS/FAR/ITAR/EAR compliance helpful
• Strong ERP proficiency (SyteLine, Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and MS Office skills required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities independently and cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact, managing orders end-to-end (quotes, PO processing, pricing, lead times, shipment tracking) while maintaining accurate ERP records
• Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, delivery, and contractual/compliance terms
• Coordinate cross-functionally (Sales, Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Shipping) to meet customer requirements and proactively communicate schedule changes
• Handle returns, warranty claims, and order discrepancies to timely resolution; manage customer documentation (certs, packing lists, invoices)
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive, solution-oriented service, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and processes
