Job summary

Relevant Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Material Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM. The role blends sales support with material coordination to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate orders, assist customers with product selection, and liaise with Account Managers and operations to support inventory accuracy and branch efficiency. The position requires high school completion, strong communication, and proficiency in ERP/order management

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or inside sales.
Experience with inventory or warehouse operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Familiarity with ERP or order management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer orders via phone, email, and portals and provide order status and pricing.
Coordinate material flow, inspect shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Prepare shipments and shipping docs; manage domestic and international shipments as needed.
Maintain accurate records in order management and inventory systems; support branch operations.
