Relevant Industrial, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Materials Coordinator to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies according to production and shipping schedules.

The role covers order processing, inbound/outbound shipping, inventory control, and providing strong internal and external customer service, including managing international shipments and maintaining organized warehouse operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Windows, email, and an Order Management System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and expedite material flow per production and shipping schedules.
• Process sales orders, shipments, and inbound material within 24 hours.
• Verify quantities and descriptions match packing slips.
• Manage international shipments and prepare required documents.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and packaging supplies.
