Job summary

Tnemec Company is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support independent sales representatives with market development, prospecting, and customer engagement. You will execute targeted marketing campaigns, manage CRM data, and coordinate sales enablement tools to drive product sales.

You will liaise between agencies and Tnemec Corporate, providing marketing resources, technical support, and campaign analytics to advance opportunities across North America.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop market development goals and targeted market strategies with Sales Directors and Marketing Specialists.
• Identify opportunities through data mining, CRM insights, and analysis of industry trends.
• Support agency/representative campaigns and marketing outreach to increase specification activity.
• Maintain CRM data, assist with digital engagement tracking, and generate reports as needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to develop project reference lists and sales tools.
