Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and project-based opportunities
• Focused on building relationships and cultivating business through key relationships developed
• Conduct proactive outbound calls and email outreach to identify and develop new opportunities
• Support customer projects from initial inquiry through completion
• Assist with product selection, quoting, order management, and follow-up
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives, specialists, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and account data
• Directly and indirectly responsible for product quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
