Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Inside Sales Development Account Manager, Level 2, to fuel growth in the US market. You will engage prospects via calls, emails and social channels, partnering with Business Development and Marketing to qualify and advance opportunities.

You will build territory plans, manage the sales funnel in Salesforce, and meet quarterly targets while representing Worldwide’s services with professionalism and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar field required.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales/sales development experience with lead nurturing.
• CRM and sales automation experience (Salesforce preferred). CRO/pharma exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound prospecting for A/B accounts.
• Engage prospects via calls, email, and social channels to build rapport.
• Qualify needs through discovery and drive leads through early sales stages.
• Set appointments for Business Development partners and move opportunities forward.
• Route qualified leads to partners for development and closure.
• Maintain and expand target accounts and territory plans.
