KAAST Machine Tools, a leading industrial machinery distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Rep to nurture warm leads and inbound inquiries, identify new opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships. Travel is ~10% with trade shows and occasional customer visits.

The role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and presenting precise equipment recommendations to manufacturers, with base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or account management, preferably with capital equipment or machine tools.
• Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, quick to learn new tech, highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up inbound and warm leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, track activity in CRM.
• Analyze customer applications, recommend machinery, and deliver quotes.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop deep product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
• Attend 2–3 industry trade shows per year.
