Job summary

KAAST Machine Tools, based in Aldan, PA, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth by managing inbound and warm leads, analyzing customer applications, and providing accurate quotes for CNC and fabrication equipment. Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience.
• 2 years capital equipment/machine tools experience.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and warm leads from manufacturers and fabrication shops.
• Speak with customers to understand their applications, production goals, and equipment needs.
• Recommend CNC machinery and fabrication equipment solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Track opportunities and customer activity within CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
