Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Inside Sales professional to manage a portfolio of accounts across geographies, driving sales growth through virtual engagement.

You will partner with a Sales Manager, qualify leads, prepare quotes, process orders, and use Salesforce/HubSpot. This onsite US-based role reports to the VP of Sales and requires Lancaster, NY office presence with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience with data center infrastructure, HVAC, thermodynamics, or related technical environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer data in CRM tools.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule meetings/demos/site visits.
