Job summary

The Account Manager – Inside Sales role in Largo, FL focuses on building long-term relationships with trade professionals and growing an existing book of business for a wholesale flooring/interior finish supplier.

You will learn each customer's goals, educate them on products and services, and proactively identify opportunities to expand their partnerships while collaborating with showroom and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, account management or business development is preferred.
• Wholesale sales experience or familiarity with flooring, remodeling or interior finishes is a plus.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade professional customers and their clients.
• Proactively prospect and develop new business with contractors, designers, remodelers and other professionals.
• Educate prospective customers on products, services and membership benefits.
• Learn each customer's business objectives and purchasing needs to identify opportunities.
• Deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM.
• Collaborate with showroom and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
