Qualifications

• Minimum five years in customer service, sales, or account management in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience managing accounts with revenue, retention, profitability, or growth responsibility.
• Strong business acumen and supply-chain knowledge; excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of customer accounts as the primary business contact.
• Develop and execute account strategies, growth plans, and retention initiatives.
• Drive cross-selling, upselling, and product-penetration opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and support pricing discussions to improve quote-to-order conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to support account growth and profitability.
