Job summary

Ohio Gratings, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in our Canton, Ohio area. You will support current business, introduce new services and products, and cultivate new leads.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates or BS in sales, business management, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience.
• Experience with metals preferred and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Be a knowledgeable resource by asking questions, obtaining information, and delivering competitive quotes.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers.
• Primary contact for clients and customers.
• Promptly respond to inquiries and enter orders accurately.
• Track quotes on aluminum, heavy-duty steel, and other requests.
• Ensure quote specifications and details are complete.
• Exercise pricing authority on quotes up to approved limits.
• Keep management informed of lost business weekly.
• Maintain client information in the system.
• Make order changes to service customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
