Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3.0 GPA or experience in a corporate/customer service role is preferred.
• Experience in account management or sales-support activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create pricing quotes for IT requirements including hardware, software, renewals and services.
• Engage in large customer deals and manage deal registration.
• Provide order updates and track progress in the CRM system.
• Enter purchase orders and provide order status to outside sales and customers.
• Support the outside sales team and participate in team meetings for updates.
