Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Inside Sales Operations Admin to support the sales team and customers by handling overflow tasks from the sales group. This role will report to the Inside Sales Manager of Operations and be located at the Somerset, NJ office.

The incumbent will learn and perform process-driven tasks including communications management, order placement, and usage of business applications, collaborating with Inside Sales and Vendors daily.

Qualifications

• Absorb new knowledge daily and multi-task effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams.
• Familiar with SHI tools: MySHI, AX, BI, CRM, SharePoint and quoting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CRM data consistency and vendor information requests.
• Process overflow work from sales/operations, e.g., placing orders and renewing opportunities.
• Create parts for AX Order entry and manage email communications and order status.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Partner teams and Vendors regularly.
