SHI International Corp. in New Jersey is seeking an Inside Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for customer interactions, coordinating between Outside Sales, customers, and SHI internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA or customer service experience in a corporate setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent SHI as the primary contact for customers.
• Liaise between Outside Sales, customers, and SHI internal departments.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and the outside sales team.
• Create pricing quotes for IT requirements, including hardware, software, renewals, and services.
• Engage in large customer deals, manage deal registrations, and track progress using the CRM tool.
• Enter purchase orders and provide order status updates to Outside Sales and customers.
• Set up conference calls between Outside Sales, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
